User Experience Designer

Our client is seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of their innovative AI producer platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Microsoft Teams design and prioritize accessibility, making a meaningful impact on user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & User Experience: Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for the AI producer platform, focusing on functionality and user satisfaction.
• Microsoft Teams Integration: Enhance the platform’s integration with Microsoft Teams to optimize user workflows.
• Accessibility: Ensure inclusive design by incorporating high contrast, keyboard navigation, and other accessibility standards.
• User Insights: Conduct user research and analyze user cases to inform and refine design decisions.
• Personas & Stories: Develop user stories and personas to guide design processes and ensure user-centric outcomes.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to deliver practical, implementable designs.
• Design Tools: Leverage tools like Figma, Fluent, and Fluent 2 (experience with Fluent 2 is a bonus), as well as CSS and JavaScript for front-end work.
• Project Coordination: Use Jira to manage tasks and maintain project timelines.
• Problem Solving: Adapt and troubleshoot designs quickly in fast-paced, live production settings.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design systems, accessibility, and user-focused design.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with Fluent and Fluent 2 is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility standards, including high contrast and keyboard navigation.
• Expertise in user research, personas, and usability requirements.
• Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript for front-end design.
• Competence in using Jira for task management.
• Previous experience in video processing, broadcasting, or streaming is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
• Availability to work on-site in Täby, Stockholm, 1–2 days per week.
