Scrum team coordination:
- Ensure sprint commitments are delivered – Own delivery at sprint/release level, making sure the team meets scope, quality, and timing.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies – Drive stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a strong emphasis on outcomes and delivery risks.
- Act as scrum team point of escalation – Identify, manage, and escalate blockers or risks that could jeopardise delivery, coordinating with the Tech Lead.
- Monitor and report delivery progress – Maintain transparent tracking (e.g., Jira dashboards, burn-downs, delivery KPIs) and share concise updates with Tech Lead.
- Enforce Agile discipline according to the defined standards – Ensure backlog hygiene, Definition of Done, test coverage, and quality gates are respected.
- Produce and maintain technical/functional documentation – Capture specifications, architecture notes, and system behaviour in clear, structured deliverables.
- Ensure full traceability – Link requirements, stories, defects, tests, and releases in Jira/ALM tools to guarantee auditability and compliance.
- Coordinate documentation contributions – Consolidate and harmonize inputs from developers, testers, and architects into consistent documents.
- Lead document review & approval cycles – Organise review sessions, collect feedback, manage versions, and secure sign-offs.
- Support release readiness & handover to testing/DevOps teams – Verify that test evidence, defect logs, and deliverables are complete before releases.
- Maintain knowledge repositories – Keep Confluence/SharePoint structured, updated, and easily navigable for the team and stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned & improvements – Document sprint/release learnings and integrate them into future delivery practices.
- Coach team on delivery excellence – Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement mindsets within the team.
- Guarantee compliance with defined standards – Ensure all documentation, processes, and deliveries meet internal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
