Location: Hybrid model- Porto

What you will do:

• Define and implement a value management framework, translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Track results and OKRs, identifying opportunities for improvement and new features.
• Contribute to the prioritization and management of the product roadmap and backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement of user experience (UX) and product adoption.
• Support collaboration with the SaaS vendor, ensuring high-quality deliveries and ongoing product development.
• Work with the support team to ensure effective incident resolution and user feedback management.

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Motivation to start your career in digital product management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
