Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Practice Lead FI/CO & Project Manager to join our internal team at Seargin.

Role: Practice Lead FI/CO & Project Manager

Employment type: Employment contract (UOP) / B2B

Requirements:

• Min. 8-10 years' experience in Finance and Controlling in SAP (and as an additional plus possibly other ERP systems)
• Experience in both implementation and support
• Experience in a Project Manager role, no certifications required but more hands-on experience in project management
• People Management and Team Management, Multinational Team Management
• Language competence: C1 for English and additionally DE or FR or ES
• Experience with a focus on Polish specificities in:
• Statutory requirements within financial and controlling with special focus on PL statutory requirements or CEE Europe countries (PL included)
• Experience with parallel ledgers: US GAAP and IFRS
• General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking (BK)
• Cost Center Accounting (CC), Profit Center Accounting (PC), Profitability Analysis (PA), Product Costing (PC), Actual Costing (ML)
