We’re expanding our Türkiye engineering team and looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with a strong CI/CD and automation background.
Location (Mandatory)
Türkiye (on-site or hybrid depending on project).
Candidates must be located in Türkiye.
The Role
We are hiring a DevOps Engineer (CI-focused) to design, operate, standardize, and continuously improve CI/CD platforms in production environments. You’ll own CI reliability, automation, upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting—working closely with application teams and platform stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Build, operate, and improve CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and standardization.
- Own Jenkins-based CI architectures: pipeline patterns, shared libraries, governance, plugin lifecycle, backup and restore.
- Manage and standardize GitHub / GitHub Enterprise repositories and workflows (branching strategies, permissions, templates).
- Operate and integrate:
- Sonatype Nexus for artifact repository management
- SonarQube for code quality analysis and CI integrations
- Develop automation scripts for large-scale changes and standardization:
- Jenkinsfile updates
- Repository configuration standardization
- Bulk pipeline refactors and tooling migrations
- Run CI workloads on Kubernetes and container-based environments where applicable.
- Ensure CI platform health using monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
- Plan and execute upgrades/updates (minimum n-2 minor), plugin updates, and backup scenarios for CI tools.
- Implement security best practices and coordinate periodic vulnerability remediation on CI servers.
- Contribute to or create Disaster Recovery Plans for CI-owned applications and services.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and incident response for CI-related issues impacting build/release velocity.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a strong CI focus.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Strong production experience with CI/CD platforms and pipeline automation.
- Proven experience with Jenkins-based CI architectures (beyond basic usage).
- Hands-on experience with Git and repository management (GitHub / GitHub Enterprise).
- Experience with Sonatype Nexus (artifact management) and SonarQube (code quality + integrations).
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deep troubleshooting.
- Strong scripting skills for automation and bulk changes (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience writing/running scripts for:
- Jenkinsfile updates
- Repository configuration standardization
- Experience with Kubernetes and container-based CI workloads.
- Strong Linux system administration skills.
- Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
- Experience managing updates, upgrades (minimum n-2 minor), plugins, and backup scenarios for CI tools.
- Understanding of CI security best practices and periodic vulnerability remediation on CI servers.
- Experience contributing to or creating DR plans for CI-owned applications.
- English proficiency (written and verbal) and strong problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Jenkins shared libraries, pipeline governance at scale, and multi-tenant CI patterns.
- Experience with secrets management and CI hardening practices.
- Experience supporting high-volume build systems and release orchestration.
What We Offer
- Enterprise-scale projects, modern toolchains, and real ownership of critical CI platforms.
- A team culture focused on engineering discipline, automation, and measurable impact.
- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a multi-cloud environment.
