General Summary
About the Role
We have validated solution(s) in-market and now need to industrialize them: codify best practices, define deployment blueprints, optimize total cost of ownership (TCO), and scale delivery through System Integrators (SIs). As the Solutions Industrialization Lead, you will design the repeatable deployment blueprint, create the SI‑ready delivery kit, and run the enablement program that turns our solution into a high‑quality, low‑variance delivery motion worldwide.
Key Outcomes (12–18 months)
Blueprint & Methodology
Time to Go‑Live (median) by tier (target: −30% vs baseline). Cost per Deployment (target: −20% vs baseline). Delivery Variance (rework hours, defects per wave) (target: Partner Coverage (# certified squads, geographic reach). Customer NPS / CSAT post‑go‑live (target: ≥50 NPS). Automation Coverage (% steps automated; % infra via IaC). Compliance Score (artifact completeness, audit pass rate).
Sample OKRs (first 2 quarters)
Objective: Industrialize the solution and scale through top‑tier SIs.
Apart from working with great people, we offer the below:
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

- Deployment Blueprint v1–v2 shipped and adopted; reduces average time‑to‑go‑live by ≥30%.
- Unit economics improved: cut delivery cost per project by ≥20% while maintaining NPS ≥ 50.
- Partner scale: ≥ 20 trained SIs with ≥ 5 certified squads each; ≥ 20 deployments delivered through partners
- Risk controls: standardized security/compliance artifacts and a stage‑gate operating model across partners.
Blueprint & Methodology
- Translate product architecture and field learnings into a reference implementation: environment topology, configuration parameters, data migration steps, security baselines, monitoring & DR patterns.
- Define tiered deployment paths (e.g., QuickStart, Standard, Enterprise) with explicit trade‑offs in cost/time/controls.
- Create automation assets: IaC (e.g., Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD pipelines, sample configs, runbooks, and test harnesses.
- Build a deployment cost model (labor mix, cloud infra, tooling, licenses) and drive optimizations (automation, parallelization, lean QA).
- Establish time‑to‑value targets per tier; implement critical path compression (pre‑provisioned images, golden AMIs, scripts).
- Develop the SI Delivery Kit: SOPs, RACI, playbooks, checklists, acceptance criteria, risk matrix, and SLAs.
- Run training and certification: role‑based curricula (architect, engineer, PM), labs, sandboxes, and proctored capstone projects.
- Set up Partner QA & compliance: audits, delivery scorecards, “red/amber/green” health, and corrective action plans.
- Implement a stage‑gate model (Design ✔ / Build ✔ / Validate ✔ / Operate ✔) with mandatory artifacts and sign‑offs.
- Define observability standards (logs/metrics/traces), SLOs/SLAs, and post‑deployment success criteria.
- Create a pattern library for common variants (multi‑region HA, regulated workloads, data residency).
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Security/Compliance, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Capture feedback loops from the field; convert into V.Next blueprints and product backlog items.
- Own the risk register for scaled delivery and drive mitigations with legal/security.
- 15+ years in solutions architecture, delivery leadership, or partner/consulting enablement.
- Proven experience industrializing deployments (cloud/SaaS/PaaS), including IaC, CI/CD, SRE practices.
- Strong grasp of cost modeling (TCO/ROI), resource planning, and delivery economics.
- Hands‑on with Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, identity/security controls, and data migration strategies.
- Demonstrated success enabling or managing System Integrators/Global Partners at scale.
- Excellent communication; able to turn complex systems into clear, actionable playbooks.
- Operational Excellence: builds repeatability and reduces variance.
- Systems Thinking: sees end‑to‑end lifecycle from design to operate.
- Partner Leadership: motivates and governs third‑party delivery.
- Pragmatic Architecture: balances speed, cost, and controls.
- Data‑Driven: uses metrics to steer improvements.
Objective: Industrialize the solution and scale through top‑tier SIs.
- KR1: Publish Blueprint v1 with QuickStart/Standard tiers and cut median deployment time by 25%.
- KR2: Launch SI Delivery Kit and certify 5 SIs with ≥ 2 squads each.
- KR3: Achieve ≥80% automation coverage for environment build and configuration.
- KR4: Establish stage‑gate governance with 100% artifact compliance in all partner‑led deployments.
- Blueprints & Topologies: reference architectures, network diagrams, identity patterns.
- IaC & Pipelines: Terraform/Bicep modules, GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps templates.
- Runbooks & Playbooks: install/upgrade, cutover, rollback, DR, perf tuning.
- Checklists: pre‑reqs, readiness, handover to operations.
- QA & Acceptance: test cases, exit criteria, sign‑off templates.
- Commercials: standardized SoW templates, effort models, pricing guardrails.
- Governance: RACI, stage‑gates, risk catalog, audit pack.
- Blueprint Authoring: SIL (R), Architecture (A), Eng/Prod (C), Security (C)
- IaC & Automation: SIL (A), DevOps (R), Eng (C)
- Partner Enablement: SIL (A/R), Alliances (R), CS/PS (C)
- Governance & QA: SIL (A), PMO (R), Security/Legal (C
