Role:
- We’re hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to join a delivery-focused team that runs real production systems for clients.
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate, support, and improve cloud environments—working closely with architects, developers, and security teams.
Responsibilities:
- Run daily cloud operations for production systems on AWS.
- Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
- Support deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
- Set up and manage cloud infrastructure, including EC2, networking, and EKS clusters.
- Ensure systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Support cloud migrations, especially VM-based workloads.
- Take part in maintenance windows and patching activities when required.
Required Skills:
- Experience in cloud operations or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in production.
- Understanding of Linux/Windows server environments.
- Comfortable working with monitoring, alerts, and troubleshooting.
