Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to lead the development and enhancement of our solutions. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering value to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product management in low-code/no-code platforms, in-depth knowledge of Power Automate, and the ability to align product initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and manage the product roadmap for solutions built on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, market trends, and business objectives.

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to gather requirements.
• Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders.

1. Solution Development & Optimization

• Oversee the design and delivery of Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Canvas/Model-driven apps, and integrations with Dynamics 365.
• Ensure the platform is optimized for scalability, performance, and usability.

1. Governance & Best Practices

• Establish and maintain standards for development within the Power Platform, including security and compliance best practices.
• Monitor and manage licensing and capacity usage.

1. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze product performance metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve the product experience.

1. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform capabilities, Dynamics 365 updates, and industry trends.
• Advocate for and implement innovative features and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on Power Platform or Dynamics 365.

1. Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and other modules.
• Experience with integration tools, connectors, and Dataverse (Common Data Service).

1. Project Management Skills

• Proficiency in managing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to handle multiple initiatives.

1. Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating user needs, translating requirements into features, and optimizing solutions.

1. Communication & Leadership

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

1. Certifications

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or PL-200/PL-400 are a plus.
