UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will shape how users interact with the platform, translating research insights into thoughtful, practical design solutions. This is a hands-on role covering the full spectrum of UX, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to prototyping and refining complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and analysis of findings
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design solutions clearly
• Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to ensure designs are implementable
• Design UI elements and interfaces that balance usability with technical feasibility
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and maintain consistent design patterns
• Tackle different areas of the platform, adapting designs to multiple workflows and user types
• Challenge assumptions and advocate for improvements to user experience
• Own design projects from research through to delivery

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a UX design role, with a portfolio demonstrating research and design work
• Strong user research skills, including conducting interviews and synthesising insights
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows
• Solid UI design abilities and familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas and document decisions clearly
• Experience collaborating with developers, understanding technical constraints and possibilities
• Comfortable designing for complex software with multiple user types and workflows
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience working in an agile environment and adapting to changing priorities
