This role is ideal for a senior-level professional who can ramp up quickly, adapt to new technologies, and execute with autonomy, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The team works primarily with modern web technologies, but we value strong engineering fundamentals over experience in a single stack.

- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, or .NET)
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and web development principles
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
- Ability to ramp up quickly in new codebases and technologies
- Experience deploying and operating applications on Azure
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Proactive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation, attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with AI coding tools to improve productivity and code quality
- Exposure to distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, or DevOps practices
