At Omniva, every delivery carries possibility — and every team member helps make that happen.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Junior / Mid-level Information Security Specialist to join our Information Security and Privacy team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced security professionals and internal stakeholders to help strengthen Omniva’s information security posture. You’ll gain hands-on experience across governance, risk, compliance, and incident management, while continuously developing your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in information security while contributing to a large, technology-driven organization operating across the Baltics and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of information security policies, standards, and procedures
- Assist with third-party security risk assessments by reviewing suppliers and partners against Omniva’s information security requirements, and supporting follow-up actions
- Support the design and implementation of security controls and measures to mitigate risks and protect against security threats
- Support ongoing compliance with relevant standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and NIS2
- Participate in regular security assessments, audits, and reviews to help ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Monitor and support the response to security incidents and breaches, working closely with senior specialists and relevant teams
- Stay up to date with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in information security
- A solid foundational understanding of information security principles, standards, and best practices (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIS2)
- Some experience (or strong practical exposure) in developing or supporting information security policies, procedures, or controls
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- An interest in continuously developing your knowledge of information security and new technologies
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
At Omniva, we live our values every day.
We care — about our people, our customers, and the world we connect.
We are open — to new ideas, innovation, and learning from each other.
We are trustworthy — we do what we promise and take pride in getting it right.
And we enjoy our work — celebrating progress, teamwork, and shared achievements.
You’ll also benefit from:
- A meaningful role in a growing, technology-driven logistics company
- Hybrid work model and flexible environment
- Health insurance or sports compensation via Stebby
- Five additional vacation days after two years
- Opportunities for personal and professional growth
