The role of the Fullstack Developer exists to develop, maintain, and evolve their web solutions across both server-side and user interface components.
You will ensure high code quality and stability while providing technical expertise and mentoring to junior colleagues to foster best practices.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize server-side applications using PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or similar) following security standards.
- Design and manage database structures (PostgreSQL, MySQL) to ensure data security and high availability.
- Implement API solutions (RESTful, GraphQL) to enable efficient communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Maintain code integrity by identifying and fixing bugs and implementing functional improvements in existing code.
- Ensure system reliability by developing unit and integration tests to prevent regressions.
- Lead technical quality through systematic code reviews and version control management via Git.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to turn requirements into functional products.
- Technical Expert: You have 3–5+ years of experience with PHP and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
- Full-Stack Capable: You are proficient in front-end development, specifically with Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Data Savvy: You have professional experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL and building APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Quality Oriented: You take responsibility for your work, emphasizing precision in code development and testing.
- Organized: You can plan and organize your tasks independently while meeting high quality standards.
- Educated: You hold a degree (or are completing one) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
You will report to the Development Team Lead while maintaining the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your work involves close collaboration with the development team and other departments to ensure technical solutions meet user needs.
