Senior Business Analyst - Banking Transformation

Who You Are
You are a strong seasoned Senior Business Analyst with:

• Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst
• Techno-functional BA experience on a large program of work
• Technical background/ ability to work with technology and business stakeholders
• API, UI and process mapping experience
• Banking products experience
• Large banking program experience; preferably technology transformation
• Experience within large programs of work, and exploring business problems from a technology point of view
• Be able to bring in the context of technical components/interfacing systems when talking about a business problem, with experience with technical workshops
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Jira and Confluence
• Prior scrum master experience
• Strong core capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to integrate quickly
