We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated UX/UI Designer to join a collaborative product team working on a complex digital platform. This role will start with a strong focus on UI design and evolve into a full end-to-end UX position as you gain deeper domain knowledge.

Key activities

Deliver high-quality UI design using Figma, including: design systems & reusable components, interactive & high-fidelity prototypes
Design within legacy platforms, working creatively and pragmatically within technical and structural constraints
Work closely with Functional Analysts and cross-functional team members to ensure designs are feasible, aligned, and user-centred
Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge, listening actively, and respecting existing work and decisions

Skills And Experience

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products or platforms within large complex environments
Strong UI design expertise, with advanced proficiency in Figma
Experience designing for complex or constrained systems, including legacy environments
Solid understanding of UX principles, research methods, and usability best practices
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A collaborative mindset
Experience working within cross-functional delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
