Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead delivery across business and technology initiatives. This role blends structured project governance with agile coaching, ensuring teams deliver high quality outcomes at pace while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, reviews and retrospectives

• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies

• Remove delivery blockers and continuously improve team flow and predictability

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders

• Track delivery metrics and provide clear reporting on progress and outcomes

• Coach teams on agile ways of working and pragmatic continuous improvement

• Manage budgets, vendors and external partners where required

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in a delivery environment

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery models

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments

• Experience delivering software, data or digital platforms

• Strong planning, risk management and prioritisation skills

• Jira, Confluence or similar tooling experience

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master or Project Management certification

• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments

• Background working with distributed teams
