Your role 💼

As a Project Manager in Digital Banking, you drive the evolution of online and mobile banking platforms by managing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment between business needs, user experience, and IT delivery. You coordinate stakeholders, structure requirements, and support the modernization of digital customer journeys.

• Lead digital banking projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze and challenge existing digital and banking processes to improve customer experience, efficiency, and automation.
• Gather and structure business requirements; translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate closely with IT, UX/UI, and operations to ensure coherence between business objectives and technical implementation.
• Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), feature validation, and production go-live.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and apply data-driven insights to enhance digital services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the simplification of front-to-back customer journeys.

Requirements 💡

• 8+ years of experience in digital banking, business analysis, or project management.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, and banking process optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured deliverables within Agile environments.
• Practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, BPMN, or UML.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluency in French; English, Luxembourgish, or German is an asset.
