What You Will Own
- Product experience leadership: Own the end-to-end user experience, from initial concepts to polished interfaces. You'll be responsible for making Deeploy not just functional, but genuinely enjoyable to use.
- Simplifying complexity: Transform dense AI governance concepts, model monitoring, compliance workflows, audit trails—into clear, intuitive experiences that empower users rather than overwhelm them.
- User research: Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand our customers' needs, pain points, and workflows. Turn insights into design decisions that solve real problems.
- Design system evolution: Build upon our existing design system, evolving it as we scale. Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across every touchpoint.
- Product Discovery: Identify opportunities, validate ideas quickly, and shape our roadmap based on user needs and business goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure our product delivers on its promise at every stage of the customer journey.
- Experienced designer with 4+ years crafting B2B software products, ideally in SaaS, enterprise tools, data platforms, or regulated industries. You've shipped products that users genuinely love.
- Systems thinker who understands how to build and maintain scalable design systems. You appreciate structure but know when to break the rules.
- Research-driven with hands-on experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Complexity translator who thrives on making difficult concepts accessible. You find satisfaction in that moment when a user says "oh, now I get it."
- Product-minded with a natural curiosity about the "why" behind features. You think beyond pixels to business impact and user outcomes—potentially growing into a product management role.
- Skilled in modern tools: Figma is your home, and you're comfortable working with design systems, prototyping tools, and collaborating in Notion.
- Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across diverse, international teams.
