Overview of the Role:

As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Vertex AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and deploying advanced machine learning solutions. This position is instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to accelerate the company’s strategic initiatives, enhance intelligent automation, and deliver measurable business impact.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Deploy and monitor machine learning models using Vertex AI.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Develop agentic AI workflows utilizing LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Integrate and implement generative AI tools and APIs.
• Ensure model safety, explainability, and continuous monitoring for optimal performance.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, and Feature Store.
• Advanced Python programming skills, including FastAPI and model monitoring tools.
• Good years of experience in machine learning and 1–2 years in generative AI applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Machine Learning Engineer certification.
• Completion of GenAI coursework or relevant professional certification.
• Experience with cloud-based MLOps and deployment best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
