We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to join our Digital Finance & Fintech Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing business growth strategies, including Fintech market entry, market assessment & research, digital finance customer insights, and business strategy development.
• Providing high-level consultancy on Fintech and Digital Finance strategy & alliances.
• Leading advisory projects on the establishment of banks, digital banks, payment companies, e-money institutions, and other financial entities, covering both business and technology aspects as well as regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing operational & technological process improvements and process design for digital finance companies.
• Providing expert legislative and regulatory consulting in accordance with Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, Central Bank of Turkey, and Capital Market Board regulations.
• Advising blockchain & cryptocurrency companies on compliance with the new Turkish Crypto Regulation.
• Leading consultancy efforts on Open Banking & Service Model Banking licensing.
• Designing and implementing digital onboarding processes for financial institutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in the digital finance sector (e.g., payment & electronic money companies, banks, Big Four firms, technology consulting firms, fintech companies).
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, financial services consulting, or digital finance strategy.
• Proven track record in managing projects and leading teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior executives.
• IT Audit and IT Risk Assurance experience is a plus.
• E-money & Payment institutions experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate in high-performing teams and drive results.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
