Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented UI Designer to design engaging, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces for responsive websites and digital products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in visual design, interaction design, and UI best practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, UX, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly UI layouts for responsive web and digital platforms.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into effective UI concepts, wireframes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Ensure designs follow interface accessibility standards and UI best practices.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Prepare and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Work with development teams to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Experience & Skills Required

• Atleast 3-5 years of experience as a UI Designer
• Experience designing visual and interaction elements for responsive websites.
• Strong understanding of UI accessibility principles and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar interface design tools.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies including:
• HTML / CSS
• JavaScript
• (No coding required, but familiarity helps in collaborating with developers.)
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of user-centered design, usability, and UX collaboration.
• Degree in Design, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or related field (optional: edit as needed).
• Portfolio showcasing UI design work for responsive websites or digital products.
