We are hiring two Wireless Network Engineers to join a strategic program with one of our key US clients:

1. LATAM-Based Wireless Network Engineer (Nearshore to US)

Primary focus: investigate and remediate in-store guest Wi-Fi issues across a large multi-site retail environment where customers are unable to get/maintain wireless access; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Core platforms: CCPE (HPE/Cisco); WAN: AT&T.

Key Responsibilities (both roles):

• Lead wireless design, surveys (predictive & on-site), implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting across retail stores, warehouses/DCs, and corporate sites.
• Own end-to-end diagnosis and remediation of guest Wi-Fi (customer) access problems—association, authentication/captive portal, DHCP/DNS, roaming—coordinating changes with platform (CCPE) and carrier (AT&T) teams.
• Ensure reliable RF coverage in challenging retail/warehouse environments (metal racking, high ceilings, handheld scanners) and carpeted offices.
• Work with Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 and enterprise WLAN (controller-based and/or cloud-managed).
• Support LAN/WLAN, routing & switching (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, QoS, and site interconnectivity.
• Contribute to SD-WAN deployments and policy optimization.
• Develop and maintain network automation scripts (Python or equivalent; Ansible/templating a plus).
• Produce HLD/LLD, runbooks/playbooks, and troubleshooting guides to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional US and LATAM teams; coordinate on-site validations as needed.

Requirements (both roles):

• Proven experience as a Network/Wireless Engineer in retail, supply-chain, or enterprise multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of RF design, Wi-Fi technologies, routing/switching, and SD-WAN.
• Hands-on expertise with predictive & on-site wireless surveys; Ekahau experience preferred.
• Proficiency in network automation (Python or similar).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WLAN protocols, VLANs, subnets (802.1X/WPA3-Enterprise a plus).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-site scenarios, especially guest Wi-Fi reliability.

Preferred Certifications (nice to have)

• ECSE (Ekahau Certified Solutions Engineer)
• CWNP (CWNA/CWDP/CWAP/CWSP)
• CCNP Enterprise / Cisco Wireless Specialist; CCIE a plus
• Aruba (ACMP/ACDX), Juniper (JNCIS-ENT), Fortinet (NSE)

2) LATAM-Based Wireless Network Engineer (Nearshore to US)

• Location: Remote in Argentina.
• Contractor: salary in the local currency (argentine pesos)
• Time Zone: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m – 18:00 p.m. (US ET/CT Time Zone). Available for on-call shifts.
• Language: Advanced English required.
