  • Position Summary


As a Product Manager at Metrikflow, you will play a central role in defining and driving the roadmap of our products. You will collaborate closely with the founders and with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and advance our vision. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, data-driven, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment. Ideally, you have worked in sustainability/metrics-driven software companies before.

Tasks

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Product Requirements: Write customer stories and product requirements files for the engineering team.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Feature Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decision-making.
  • Launch Management: Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing and sales teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS or technology industries. (Experience in climate is a plus)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge in Climate (ESG), Carbon Footprint is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of data analytics platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for technology and innovation.
