Project Manager - Retail Sector

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking, for one of its clients, a leading retailer in the personal care industry, an Project Manager who will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement location strategies, from space acquisition to project completion.
• Design and execute brand image strategies for existing stores to enhance customer experience.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize investments for projects, including SOLL-IST analyses.
• Collaborate directly with construction companies, architects, and consultants to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Obtain all necessary approvals, permits, and compliance certifications for smooth store operations.
• Participate in internal and international projects related to store design, process optimization, and automation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Higher education
• Experience in market prospecting, retail network development, and real estate
• Knowledge of English and German (an advantage), as well as proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A communicative, dynamic, organized individual with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel within the country and a category B driving license
