Software Development Team Lead (m/f/d)

Your role

• You will lead a small, hybrid development team of experts in specific areas – Java back-end development with Spring, native Android and iOS apps and SDKs, responsive single-page web applications with Angular and Typescript, etc.
• You will coordinate your team’s activities, manage their priorities, clarify requirements and participate in architectural discussions.
• You will influence our software strategy, optimize our processes and evaluate and introduce new tools and libraries.
• You will support our management team with effort estimations, resource planning and act as a technical point of contact for our customers.
• You will provide onboarding, mentoring and general line management to your team members.

The minimum salary for this position, according to the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, is EUR 4.346,00 per month for a full-time employment. Depending on professional experience and/or qualifications, your actual salary is intended to be significantly higher.
