About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading ERP implementations, technology assessment, and enterprise product rollouts. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing end‑to‑end technology projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and driving delivery excellence across complex business environments.

This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, experience working with diverse technical and functional teams, and the ability to engage confidently with C‑level leadership. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, testing, and post‑deployment support to ensure successful delivery of mission‑critical technology initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects (functional or technical).
  • Drive technology assessment, vendor evaluation, solution feasibility, and system testing activities.
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, scope management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including technical, functional, business, and external partners.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery of technology solutions through structured testing, validation, and deployment strategies.
  • Facilitate strong communication and reporting with stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, project methodologies, and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.


Desired Profile

  • 12–15 years of total work experience, with 10–12 years in technology project management.
  • Proven experience in ERP project management (critical and non‑negotiable).
  • Background in Tax Technology – highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in ERP implementation (functional or technical) – desirable.
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams across business, operations, and IT functions.
  • Strong people management and team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with and influencing C‑level executives.
  • Ability to handle complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
