Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines across all projects.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and user-centric design solutions.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Axure and other design tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Requirement

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Having experience in public sector project will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Axure and other design tools such as Sketch, Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
