Role Summary

The Senior Network Engineer is a customer-facing technical expert responsible for the design, implementation, migration, and optimization of advanced network and security solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing network architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing, on-site support for network design, implementation, execution, migration, and optimization activities.
• Design, deploy, and optimize wireless network infrastructures, including conducting pre- and post-deployment wireless site surveys and configuring related network devices.
• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco security solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and best practices.
• Actively participate in pre-sales activities, working closely with sales and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solution designs.
• Drive customer technology transitions by influencing solution architectures, associated services, and long-term network strategies.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise networking and security technologies, with strong hands-on implementation experience.
• Advanced experience with Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and security solutions.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex network architectures in customer environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) – Mandatory
• Extensive experience in network design, implementation, and customer-facing consulting roles.
• Strong background in wireless networking, security architecture, and enterprise network solutions.
