About The Job

HR GENERALIST INTERNSHIP – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the HR team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will provide operational HR support to the stores and will gain a deep insight into our retail network.

Job responsibilities

• All-round HR Cycle support to the HR Business Partners of the 8 countries.
• 360 people solutions administration (recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll flow, learning…).
• Database - HRIS Management.
• Support in HR Reporting.
• Internal and external communication.
• Participation in various projects.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (i.e., Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HR tools).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details.
• Your strengths are your ability to communicate, your proactivity, and your solution-oriented mindset.
  
  

Additional information

• Start Date: Internship starting in June/July 2026 for 6 to 12 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).
• Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
