The project:
Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to strengthen their team.
Daily activities:
- Organize & follow-up day-2-day organization through ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, retro, … and tools e.g. dashboard TP
- Responsible for sprint planning, estimating and allocating activities within the Scrum team
- Supporting the SD/FA in their task of explaining the context of the developments that need to happen and in their decisions regarding priorities
- Managing the backlog (list of tasks to be performed)
- Bank-wide planning, Quarterly Agile Planning
- Assisting with the correct assignment of tasks and the completeness/quality of time spent
- Share feedback with IT PMO on how to improve processes, training, tooling, … and share best practices, experience, … with SM colleagues and IT PMO through e.g. CoP, …
