Role Overview

We are seeking a Test Coordinator with strong experience in Data & Analytics environments to coordinate and manage testing activities for large-scale data projects. The role involves end-to-end test coordination for complex D&A programs, including projects exceeding 1,000 man-days, across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end testing activities for Data & Analytics projects

  • Lead test management for large-scale programs (>1,000 man-days) across multiple teams

  • Define and maintain the test strategy, test plans, and test schedules

  • Coordinate system, integration, UAT, and regression testing phases

  • Align testing activities with data ingestion, transformation, and reporting cycles

  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, BI teams, business stakeholders, and project managers

  • Track test progress, defects, risks, and dependencies; report status to stakeholders

  • Ensure testing standards, processes, and quality gates are consistently applied

  • Support continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data & Analytics environments

  • Proven experience as Test Coordinator / Test Manager on at least two large projects (>1,000 man-days)

  • Strong knowledge of test management processes and quality assurance best practices

  • Experience coordinating multiple test streams and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Dutch (NL): Fluent

  • French (FR): Fluent

  • English (EN): Professional working proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data warehouse, BI, reporting, or analytics platforms

  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models

  • Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, public sector)

  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)
