We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our Digital Infrastructure and Cybersecurity team. The Cloud Engineer will participate for design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud and edge infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise in cloud technologies, operating systems (Linux and Windows), excellent self-leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive successful cloud adoption and optimization. In this position, you will report to the Director, Digital Infrastructure.

The position is a temporary job for six months.

This position is mainly located in Espoo or Tampere, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop cloud architectures.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Build and configure cloud resources using IaC.
  • Automate deployments and workflows with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor performance, uptime, and resource utilization.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize cloud workloads
  • Implement identity and access management (IAM) controls.
  • Handle audits, compliance, and vulnerability management.
  • Track and minimize cloud spending
  • Right-size resources and recommend cost-saving architectures
  • Build automated pipelines for builds, testing, and deployments
  • Use containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)


Who You Are


  • You have a Degree for example, in the Information Technology field
  • Experience in cloud computing or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Linux/Windows system administration
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Experience supporting production cloud environments
  • You have a strong understanding of:
    • Cloud & Infrastructure
    • Automation & IaC
    • CI/CD & Deployment
    • Containers & Orchestration
    • Operating systems and databases
  • Understanding the cost impact of cloud design decisions
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Dev, Sec, Ops, Finance)
  • Ability to propose cloud-based solutions to business challenges
  • Ability to align cloud solutions with business goals
