GET READY TO:
- Represent the Bank in working with largest companies in Lithuania, building long-term and sustainable business relationships to cover Financial markets topics.
- Be ambassador of Financial markets products across Bank including departments of business customers segment.
- Support our strong customer servicing culture through proactive customer communication and problem solving.
- Understand the Bank's products and services and adapt them to meet customer needs.
- Achieve shared goals by applying a professional approach to relationship building with business customers and within the team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Relevant education in business management, finance or economics.
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with Financial markets products, including knowledge on customer communication and internal stakeholder management.
- Ability to achieve results through collaboration with colleagues from other departments and external partners.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and argue your view point convincingly.
- Ability to analyze data and plan work independently.
- Growth mindset with openness to new opportunities and challenges.
- Excellent Lithuanian and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
