At Inbank, data isn't just numbers—it’s the roadmap for our future. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a resilient and proactive Data Analyst to join our Vilnius team as a strategic partner. You will be the bridge between raw data and commercial success, empowering our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams across the Baltics with the insights they need to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
What will you be doing?
- Act as a bridge between data and business, working closely with managers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia to understand their needs.
- Lead the creation and optimisation of Tableau reporting suites, ensuring all business units have access to real-time insights for informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Write and rectify complex SQL scripts to ensure the integrity and availability of our datasets.
- Work within our Snowflake database environment to manage ETL processes and ensure high performance of reports.
- Develop and refine complex SQL stored procedures to ensure efficient data processing and high-performance reporting.
- SQL knowledge: You should be highly proficient in complex querying and performance optimization.
- BI Expertise: Professional experience with Tableau is preferred. However, if you are an expert in PowerBI or similar tools and are a quick learner, we want to hear from you.
- At least 3 years of experience working with large datasets, reporting, and DWH environments (experience with Snowflake is a significant plus).
- You possess a strong analytical mindset—you don’t just move data; you understand the "why" behind it. You are resilient and comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Excel Macros and automation.
- Experience or interest in utilising AI tools and techniques to improve data workflows.
- Salary based on experience and performance (€2,800-€3,100 gross per month).
- A hybrid working model that supports flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
- Extra time off: enjoy 5 additional vacation days after your 3rd year with us.
- Inspiring work environment that values creativity, collaboration, and impact.
- Growth opportunities: we invest in your professional development and support your career advancement.
- Health benefits: choose between comprehensive health insurance or access to the Stebby wellness platform.
- Dedicated learning and development budget to help you grow your skills and stay ahead.
- Fun and connection: take part in company-wide and team events that bring our people together.
- A modern, pet-friendly office in Vilnius, designed for comfort, collaboration, and productivity.
