Product Manager

We are looking for a remote Product & Solution Lead for our customer who is an end-to-end digital solutions partner.

Your primary responsibility as a Product & Solution Lead will be to help convert the user/market needs into the product features and maximize the product’s value with significant collaboration with teams, stakeholders and users/customers. You can be based anywhere within the 4-hour-flight radius to Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of AI, data, analytics, and generative AI products and solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations
• Coordinate teams of data engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop and execute product strategies, delivery plans, and solution roadmaps focused on data engineering, machine learning, and generative AI solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, assisting in proposal development and closing deals
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives
• Provide high-level data consultancy to clients, helping integrate AI applications for streamlined operations
• Stay updated with industry demands and technological advancements to foster product and solution development innovation
• Support strategic projects like those with TÜBİTAK, EU and collaborate on developing partner relationships with vendors like AWS

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI and data solutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role combining solution management, project management, and product management
• Demonstrated experience in providing consultancy services to domestic and international clients
• Proven experience in managing AI and data projects without hands-on coding involvement
• Familiarity with finance, retail, public services, and emergency response sectors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management skills with experience overseeing multiple projects
• Proven ability in business development, identifying sales opportunities, and assisting in closing deals
• Understanding of AWS products and solutions is a plus
• Excellent command of English and Turkish
