  • Own E2E management of IA channel marketing and owner of channel programs, from strategy definition, deployment to coordination of execution and KPI monitoring
  • Indirect activities (sell-out/conversion/project follow-up), managing training needs, leading transformation projects, tracking performance, and ensuring coordination with all other departments.



You will be..

  • Create Industrial Automation Deployment and SI GTM strategy and facilitating execution by National Sales and Channel Sales Managers.
  • Responsible for IA Scope of Work and Development through the distribution channel defined in AMSP.
  1. Define sales objectives (quantitative and qualitative) by Distributor.
  2. Commercial policy definition together with ComPol team (IAD bonus conditions).
  • Monitor and analyze the market share of OEMs and SIs & build up a indirect «focused» customer track list accordingly.
  • Coordinate with National Sales OEM/SI sales team & segment leaders:
  1. Quality business & pipeline review meetings with business owners.
  2. Indirect SI & OEM performance / new conversion / new project follow-up .
  • Track sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Responsible for the funded HC decision and performance KPI tracking.



Technical / Sales Upskilling:

  • Identifying and managing training needs.
  • Coordinate with Technical Team (ADE/SAE) for developing training programs and initiatives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop a network of dedicated skilled certified experts (Sales and Tech) through AIADs, define and ensure the execution of their training plan.



Operations & Channel Marketing

  • Local Coordination: Lead/facilitate collaboration and communication between Industrial Automation, Distribution, National Sales, Regional and Area sales leaders when available.
  • Global Coordination: Follow Alliance partner program evolutions deployment & report/present local status with Global IA team.
  • Quarterly business reviews with IA Global Distribution & SI Team.
  • Global certifications & exams & needs follow-up.
  • eCommerce plan with Alliance IAD partners: definition & deployment & web-page together with E-com team.
  • Support MDF actions.



You will be perfect fit if you have..

  • University degree in Control&Automation Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Channel and Account Management.
  • Experience in IA Products.
  • Ability to communicate, organize and work with team.
  • Self-motivated and challenge the business with high energy.
  • Excellent cooperation skills with analytical skills, open to innovations.
  • Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility.
  • Candidate are supposed to be positively energized due to challenges in work.
  • Take a pro-active approach to customer satisfaction.
