- Design, balance, and iterate on core gameplay mechanics.
- Create dynamic, replayable levels adapted to game concepts and difficulty progression.
- Prototype, build, and polish immersive environments in Unity, optimized for VR and Meta Horizon.
- Collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and audio designers to deliver features, events, and new gameplay interactions.
- Provide feedback, guidance, and mentorship to other designers.
- Actively engage with players on Discord and in-game social spaces.
- Identify emerging player behaviors and trends, and translate them into playable content and experiences.
- Champion a player-first mindset within the design team.
- Lead and participate in playtests; identify issues, opportunities, and improvements.
- Work with the team to fix, refine, and optimize levels and mechanics.
- Use player feedback and data to improve progression, pacing, and overall fun.
- Produce clear, structured design documentation.
- Communicate design intent effectively with art, engineering, and audio teams.
- Foster a collaborative, open, and iterative team culture.
- Strong experience using Unity for level design and/or gameplay design.
- Deep understanding of gameplay systems and player psychology.
- Excellent spoken and written English — you will lead discussions, reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and align design teams.
- Creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for games and emerging interactive experiences.
- High level of autonomy, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Experience with VR and/or multiplayer games.
- Basic knowledge of C# and Unity optimization.
