Principal Embedded Developer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lviv for the role of Principal Embedded Developer. The Principal Embedded Developer will design, develop, and optimize embedded software for cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware, ensuring compliance with industry standards, debugging and testing software, and contributing to software architecture and system-level designs. The role requires innovation, technical leadership, and participation in delivering high-performance embedded systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Embedded Systems Development, including C and C++ programming and microcontroller-based designs.
• Strong expertise in Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), firmware development, and device driver design.
• Experience in software testing, debugging tools, and performance optimization.
• Capability in hardware-software integration and familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, or CAN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with semiconductor technologies and IoT products is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety-critical or low-power systems development is an advantage.
