- Monitoring project supply materials progress for timely delivery of the materials
- Attending meetings with Clients/Customers/Consultants to ensure that all contract conditions are met as per timeline
- complete Vendor Management
- Co-ordinating with the engineering & design centre and also with the customers/clients providing approvals ensuring timely delivery as per project requirement
- Co-ordination with other related functions viz. procurement, quality, accounts to ensure that necessary inputs are shared with the project team within the agreed timelines
- Preparation of reports, presentations for Business review meetings, Performance review meetings
- Variation analysis on the actual Vs budget and take necessary corrective actions
- Escalate delays, deviations in terms of time /milestone
- Ensuring that project meets all the systems compliances
