Your new role

As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building and maintaining high‑quality native mobile applications across iOS and Android. Working with Swift and Kotlin, you’ll contribute to a range of initiatives focused on performance, security, and exceptional user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineering peers within an Agile Release Train, helping shape technical standards and ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable mobile solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing high‑performance native applications using Swift and Kotlin
• Leveraging modern native frameworks such as SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow
• Writing clean, maintainable code supported by native test automation frameworks (XCTest, Espresso, JUnit)
• Contributing to SAFe Agile Release Train activities including PI Planning, sprint ceremonies and Big Room Planning
• Supporting technical standards, documentation and code reviews to uplift quality and consistency

What you’ll need to succeed

You will bring strong native mobile engineering experience, technical depth and a collaborative mindset, including:

• Proven expertise in native iOS development using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM and XCTest
• Strong experience in native Android development using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, Espresso and JUnit
• Demonstrated capability in native mobile automation testing
• Experience delivering mobile applications in a SAFe Agile environment, including Agile Release Trains and Program Increments
• Solid understanding of mobile UX principles, performance optimisation and platform best practice
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred skills:

• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play release processes
• Exposure to mobile security and DevSecOps practices
