Role Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in growth, partnerships, and affiliate programs within the crypto trading space. The ideal candidate has strong connections in Solana’s trading ecosystem, a knack for building impactful relationships, and a passion for memecoin trading.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive company’s growth in the crypto ecosystem.

● KOL Management : Build and nurture relationships with trading communities, alpha callers, and influential Telegram/Discord groups.

● Analyze market trends to pinpoint new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

● Drive affiliate and growth initiatives to increase platform adoption and engagement.

● Stay informed about Solana’s trading landscape, particularly in memecoins and DeFi.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in growth, business development, or affiliate roles within the crypto trading category, preferably in a scaled consumer DeFi environment.

  • A strong network within Solana’s trading ecosystem, including connections with alpha callers, influencers, and niche Telegram/Discord groups.

  • Proven track record of securing and managing high-impact partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to identify and act on growth opportunities.

5+ years in growth, business development, or affiliate roles within the crypto trading category, preferably in a scaled consumer DeFi environment.

Proven track record of securing and managing high-impact partnerships.
