Human Resources Specialist

HR Generalist | Dassel, Germany | Hybrid

This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact by supporting the complete employee lifecycle at their Dassel manufacturing site.

The Role

• Serve as the primary HR contact for management, associates, and the works council on employee relations

• Process, verify, and maintain employment contracts and all related employee documentation

• Assist the management team with recruiting activities and candidate identification

• Provide expert support on labor law, HR processes, and company policies

• Generate HR-relevant statistics and reports on a regular basis

What You'll Need

• Degree in HR Management or vocational training as an HR professional

• Several years of 360-degree employee lifecycle management and administration experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Time and Attendance tools and employee management systems (e.g., Workday)
