Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value initiatives within a Medical Devices / regulated healthcare environment. This role requires strong ownership of delivery, governance, financials, and stakeholder management across multi-technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource capacity planning
• Manage project financials including business cases, forecasting, ROI, and cost controls
• Proactively manage risk, issues, and change, assessing impact to scope, cost, schedule, and quality
• Ensure full compliance with regulated standards (CSV, SOX, PMO, quality systems)
• Engage senior stakeholders and governance forums with clear status reporting and decision support
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure service quality, cost control, and delivery commitments
• Define success metrics with business sponsors and ensure benefits realization
• Mentor project managers and contribute to PMO standards and continuous improvement

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex IT / technology projects
• Strong background in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or regulated healthcare environments
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream and cross-functional teams, including remote teams
• Deep understanding of full project lifecycle, SDLC, and ITIL methodologies
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and business case modelling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and enterprise PM tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
