THE CREW HR SPECIALIST WILL

• :Oversee day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding
• ;Proactively connect with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn
• ;Coordinate contract changes and ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties
• ;Maintain and regularly update internal databases with crew information and digital personnel records
• ;Continuously improve the candidate experience and enhance the company’s recruitment process
• ;Participate in various recruitment initiatives as well as other HR-related projects
