Firewall Engineer

Requirements and responsibilities:

• 6-8 years of experience in network security
• At least 4 years’ experience on Palo Alto firewalls & VPN
• Certification on Palo Alto firewalls
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools. Such as Remedy, CA and ServiceNow tools
• Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting remote VPN & site to site VPN issues.
• Should have experience and knowledge in configuration of firewall for site to site and remote VPN features.
• Should be able to handle L1, L2 Level tickets per SLAs.
• Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs.
