Shift Coordinator Maintenance (3-shift) – Life Sciences / Manufacturing

Are you a skilled technician who enjoys coordinating work and helping others grow? In this role, you combine hands-on technical work with team coordination. You’ll be the go-to person during your shift, supporting colleagues, planning activities and ensuring smooth operations across manufacturing, quality and engineering.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and guide maintenance tasks: troubleshooting, projects, corrective & preventive work
• Stay active on the floor and support technicians during technical challenges
• Lead shift handovers and mentor colleagues to develop their skills
• Act as the key link between maintenance, production, quality and engineering
• Contribute to planning, improvements and solving recurring technical issues

What you bring

• MBO+ level (through education or experience)
• 5+ years in a complex maintenance environment (GMP is a plus)
• Experience leading or coaching technicians
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills (RCA, ATS, FMEA)
• Fluent in English
• Experience with CMMS (e.g. Maximo, SAP) and OEE data
• Willing to work in a 3-shift schedule
