As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at N-Sea, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and work closely with hiring managers to identify workforce needs. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and strengthening N-Sea’s employer brand to ensure we attract the right people for our current and future projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, from technical offshore positions to corporate specialists
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment strategy support
- Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and proactive search
- Conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview processes, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and promote N-Sea through events, job fairs, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure timely recruitment reporting
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Attend career events and maintain strong relationships with relevant universities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Maritime industry
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and GDPR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong team-player mindset with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- A genuine passion for finding the right talent and delivering an excellent recruitment experience
