🔥 What You’ll Actually Work With

This is not a one language forever role. Depending on the your interests, you’ll work with things like:

Backend

• .NET
• Golang
• Python (real backend work, not scripts and cron jobs)

Frontend

• React (main focus)
• Angular or Vue is totally fine if you are happy to explore React

Cloud

• Azure with a strong focus
• AWS and growing
• Modern, cloud native setups and no museum software

You don’t need to know all of this already. You do need to enjoy learning.

🧩 What Kind of Developer Fits Here?

• 3 plus years of experience, 5 plus is great
• You have worked on more than one type of system or tech stack
• You like understanding how things actually work
• You are not married to a single language
• You speak Norwegian at B2 level or higher 🇳🇴
• You care about code quality and having fun at work

Senior developers with broad experience will feel especially at home.
