Job Summary:

The Data Advisory Services function helps retain and grow the most valuable relationships in business by uncovering truth and meaning in data. This team serves as the subject matter expert on Dun & Bradstreet data management, utilizing package templates to ensure the enablement and consumption of Dun & Bradstreet data for both paid and standard non-custom engagements, driving value while partnering with sales and collaborating with Data Advisory teams ensuring scalable and repeatable processes of engagement.

 

The Data Advisory Analyst, is a client-facing role, to support commercial teams by responding to incoming data requests and analyzing data usage to ensure efficient utilization across partners. As a subject matter expert on D&B data products, as well as partner solutions, the primary responsibility for this role is to provide segment recommendations and data strategies that best meet client audience and campaign needs. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in D&B & partner data sets and advise on best practices to optimize campaign efficiency.
  • Respond to incoming data requests from programmatic buyers, providing timely, thoughtful recommendations that enhance data usage and client satisfaction.
  • Build audience data proposals for strategic accounts and collaborate with strategy teams to identify opportunities for growth across industry verticals. 
  • Analyze usage data, conduct proactive outreach, and generate ideas to increase data adoption among strategic accounts.
  • Partner with data providers to create custom audience solutions and ensure successful integration into platforms.
  • Manage the RFP pipeline in SFDC and report on regional sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the Supply and Product teams to identify new opportunities based on market trends and demand.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to establish best practices, streamline workflows, and develop innovative projects


Key Skill and Competencies:
  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a similar field or role.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, audience data, or related domains is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and partners to understand business objectives and present meaningful data-driven insights aligned to D&B’s solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data management; prior exposure to commercial data is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates an ownership mindset — proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and growth through coaching, collaboration, structured learning, and on-the-job experiences.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the market are preferred.
