🔹 What You’ll Do

✅ Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Laravel.

✅ Own API development, ensuring RESTful & GraphQL APIs are highly efficient and secure.

✅ Design and implement scalable database solutions using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

✅ Optimize application performance, debugging, profiling, and implementing best practices.

✅ Integrate third-party APIs, microservices, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

✅ Ensure security best practices, including authentication (OAuth, JWT), authorization, and data encryption.

✅ Write clean, reusable, and scalable code, following SOLID principles and design patterns.

✅ Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automated deployments.

✅ Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams, ensuring seamless integration.

✅ Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, training sessions, and knowledge sharing.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js & Laravel.

✔ Proficiency in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

✔ Strong expertise in API development (RESTful & GraphQL).

✔ Experience with authentication & security protocols (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).

✔ Proficiency in caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) for performance optimization.

✔ Knowledge of DevOps & cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

✔ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

✔ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting performance bottlenecks.

✔ Familiarity with event-driven architectures, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and microservices.

✔ Ability to work in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

✔ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
