🧠What You’ll Do

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst specialized in Document Composition to support complex transformation initiatives.

As a PM/BA in Document Composition / CCM, you will play a key role at the intersection of business, IT, and delivery teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting document composition initiatives across customer communication channels
• Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear functional specifications
• Modeling and optimizing document-related processes with a strong focus on quality and compliance
• Coordinating stakeholders with diverse profiles (business, IT, vendors)
• Ensuring clarity, consistency, and traceability of customer communications
• Contributing to project governance, planning, and delivery using structured project management approaches
• Challenging requirements and solutions constructively, with diplomacy and professionalism

🛠️ Technical Skills

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMI, Scrum, Prince2, MS Project, Hermès or similar)
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and process modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, rigorous manner with a strong sense of confidentiality
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to interact effectively with senior and operational stakeholders
• Comfortable working in complex and regulated environments
• Fluent in French and English

📍 Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
